Upon completion of your order, you will receive a link to download your official program agreement via PDF. You MUST sign, date and return the agreement via email by Oct 17th to participate.
 
Refund Policy for In-Person & Virtual Programs: NO REFUNDS and NO CREDITS for future classes will be given unless the program is cancelled by DFD. Illnesses or injuries will be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be disclosed prior to the start of the program.
